This place is clean with beach views and has a peaceful setting close to a seaside cafe.

Too noisy because of the huge quanity of children (sometimes I thought I am in a children camp).Therefore not the best place for quiet relax at the beach. Bell boys are not very friendly in comparision with the other thai hotels I have stayed at.

The kids activities are perfect for our family with small children.

The staff was less friendly and service minded that elsewhere in Thailand, but at par with European standards.

The peaceful location here is excellent, with Laguna Phuket just a short distance away.

Rest in your hotel a year ago, were very doolny, why come back this year. Were extremely disappointed, cleaning rooms and the hotel is much worse. Pitney gelatin leaves to be desired. Overall the hotel is value for money and a good place for family with kids. I have never been before to any hotel with so many kids - my son was very excited about this place. 1. location - not far from the Phuket airport; it is also enough far from main roads. It is worth to book a taxi within the hotel (550 BT while "Local Taxi" will charge you 700) 2. entertainment - for kids it is a kind of heaven: miniland, mini-disco, daily events, playground. Animation group does a good job to entertain kids and the kids club is very well equipped with toys/games. Bambino package is worth to take if you dont want to bring a stroller. 3. facilities - 2 children pools, playground; car/motorbike rental. Wifi is free only at reception are which i found good to me - as i was not distracted by my work/ facebook etc 4. the beach - was clean; many activities available there as well (tours/ boat trips/Booked.neting). Cozy room with lovely decorations. Had a nice time, with a separate bedroom and the option for a late check-out. the location couldn't be better, right in the heart of a special area! 🌴

The room was spacious and well appointed, in great shape. The various on-site facilites, such as ATM machine and Mini Mart, were very convenient. The close proximity to the beach and many nice beach restaurants was great. The availability of quality massages on-site at normal beach prices was wonderful!

The hotel is primarily aimed at families, particularly with small children. This makes it an ideal place if you fall in that category, but less so otherwise. For me, it was a very nice and very convenient one night stop after a sailing trip, but it wouldn't have been the right place for a longer stay.

The hotel is in a prime location, right on the beautiful Bangtao Beach. I stayed here with my family and we had a fantastic time. The facilities for kids are excellent, with pools, waterslides, and a kids lounge that kept them entertained. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast offered a great variety of choices. Despite a few minor issues with cleanliness and towel replacement, this hotel provided good value for money for families. I would recommend Sunwing Bangtao Beach - Sha Plus for a fun and enjoyable stay.
